We connect the investment plan to financing and grant opportunities. We structure the technical and financial project to build new capabilities, equipment, teams and partnerships.
The choice depends on company size, the nature of the investment and the project's financial structure.
01 · Repayable
Direct Finep financing
Contracted with Finep, Brazil's federal innovation agency, for larger innovation projects and plans. It involves technical, credit and collateral analysis. The reference consulted sets support from R$ 30 million and a company size equivalent to Medium Enterprise II or above.
02 · Repayable
Finep Inovacred
Operated by accredited financial agents. It serves companies with revenue of up to R$ 300 million, subject to size and economic group rules, to develop or improve products, processes and services.
03 · Non-repayable
Economic grants
Funds to share R&D costs and risks, awarded through public calls. Each call defines themes, company size, matching funds, eligible expenses and execution and reporting obligations.

What do we assess before structuring the proposal?
01
Company and financial capacity
Size, revenue, economic group, compliance, credit history and ability to provide collateral. Direct support has additional criteria, such as equity above R$ 40 million and requirements for track record and audited financials.
02
Project and use of funds
Innovation objective, technology stage, budget, timeline, team, expected results and fit with the credit lines or the call. A machinery purchase is assessed within the project and its technological contribution.

Frequently asked questions
What types of investment can be funded?
Depending on the instrument, support may cover technical staff, research and development, machinery and equipment, software, materials, training and specialized services. Eligibility and limits per budget line are checked for the chosen modality.
What is the difference between financing and grants?
Repayable financing is a credit operation: it carries charges, terms and repayment obligations. A grant does not require repayment when the instrument's conditions are met, but it requires project execution, proper use of funds, reporting and, where applicable, matching funds.
Does the project need to be ready before we talk?
No. We can start from a need or a planned investment and assess its innovation potential. The work structures the scope, budget and funding alternatives, considering Finep and other relevant sources.
